Where we ship to and our fees:
  • We currently ship in UK, US, CA, AU and EU countries.
  • Our UK & International shipping fees are as follow:

UK:

Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class Delivery: Free over £6

Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class Delivery (Under £6): £3.20

Royal Mail Standard 1st Class Delivery: £3.85 

US, CA & AU:

Royal Mail International Tracked Delivery: £12

EU:

Royal Mail International Tracked Delivery: £8

Shipping times and other information:

  • At checkout you will be able to select the desired shipping method and the fee will vary in terms of the method chosen.
  • Shipping times can vary depending on method chosen at checkout however we will always aim to get your order as soon as possible to you.
  • Please be aware that due to COVID there might be slight delays from shipping providers.
  • We dispatch orders within 1-3 days pending payment confirmation, Monday to Friday between 9:00 am - 5:00pm. We don't ship during weekends or bank holidays.
  • For any pre-order items you will get an email when the item is in stock and updated delivery time.
  • First time orders must be shipped to the billing address of your credit card.
  • We ship in eco-friendly packaging and most of our packaging is either recyclable or compostable.
  • International Delivery Restrictions: Please note we currently don't ship internationally any of our cosmetics and personal care, cleaning products, and certain homeware.
  • International Delivery Duties & Taxes: Please note that you are responsible for any relevant import duties and taxes. We recommend you check your country's requirements and relevant fees for products shipped from UK before placing an order. Any products returned back to us by immigration due to duties or taxes not paid will not be refunded the delivery fee.

Returns:

  • We accept returns for up to 14 days. We recommend returning within 8 days to ensure your package arrives back to us on time.
  • You need to contact us to authorise the return. Please get in touch for any returns before you post it at info@ecoeri.com. Failure to do this might result in your return not being accepted.
  • In the case of a return, shipping charges will not be refunded and you will be responsible for any shipping return fees which won't be refunded. 
  • All items must be sent back in the original packaging provided and products should be unused, unmarked, undamaged, with the tags still on.
  • Beauty and personal care products cannot be returned.
  • Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, and the strip should not be removed.
  • Items must not be soiled.
  • Made to order or customised products cannot be returned. 
  • Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges.
  • Make sure your items are securely wrapped back up in the materials they were delivered in. 
  • Please allow 5 working days for your return to be processed after we have received it. Accepted returns can only be credited to the original payment method.
